Bugs give me the creepy crawlies. I don't typically find them in front of my lens. There are exceptions. Who doesn't think fireflies are cool? At least when it's dark and all you see is the light. I love enjoying evenings watching fireflies and their unique flight patterns. Some light up once for only a second while others streak through the air. My favorite is when they light up multiple times showing their flight path! I wanted to make sure to photograph these interesting bugs and capture my memory as this summer will have likely been my last summer to enjoy them. It was fun to hang out with my awesome husband as we enjoyed this amazing scene!
Stick or bug? The only reason I took this photograph was because I have never seen these bugs before. They are gross but still interesting so I took a photo of them for Michigan memory sake.
I guess with this little girl around we have more pictures of bugs than we thought. Here are a couple photos Dave snapped with his phone.
